Montecito Country Kitchen - Ecole de Cuisine specializes in cooking classes based on the foods of the Mediterranean, especially the foods of Provence and the Italian Countryside.
Located in beautiful Santa Barbara, the classes feature a two-hour demonstration of a three or four course meal, with some student participation followed by a dinner and wine tasting of the meal prepared.
